Terms of Use

Last updated: February 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FaithHabit mobile application ("FaithHabit" or the "App") and any related services provided by CommonLogix LLC ("CommonLogix," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Apple Platform Terms (iOS)

If you downloaded FaithHabit from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to applicable Apple terms and App Store rules. For iOS apps, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") applies unless a custom EULA is provided. If there is a conflict between the Standard EULA and these Terms on matters the Standard EULA governs, the Standard EULA controls. You can view the Standard EULA here: Apple Standard EULA.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing (If Offered)

FaithHabit may offer auto-renewing subscriptions or in-app purchases ("Purchases"). Purchases are processed and managed by the platform provider (for example, Apple). Any pricing, duration, renewal terms, and trial details (if offered) are shown to you at the time of purchase. Payment will be charged to your platform account (for example, your Apple ID) at confirmation of purchase (or after any free trial period, if applicable).

4. Offline Use and Device Responsibility

FaithHabit is an offline-first application. Most data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for any backups you choose to make. Uninstalling the App may result in the loss of locally stored progress, preferences, or journal entries.

5. Spiritual & Informational Use Only

FaithHabit is provided for devotional, spiritual, and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific spiritual, emotional, or life outcomes. Your use of prayers, reflections, and library materials is voluntary and at your own discretion.

6. Not Professional Advice

FaithHabit is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice. If you have a medical or mental health concern, seek guidance from a qualified professional. If you believe you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

7. Intellectual Property & Public Domain Materials

The App’s original software, user interface, design, trademarks, logos, and proprietary content created by CommonLogix are owned by CommonLogix LLC and protected by applicable laws.

The App may also include texts and materials that are public domain or made available under open licenses. CommonLogix does not claim copyright over underlying public domain works. However, CommonLogix may claim rights (to the extent permitted by law) in the App’s original code, UI, selection/arrangement, formatting, and presentation of content as a software product.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommonLogix LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, CommonLogix’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable platform terms (including the Apple Standard EULA where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and CommonLogix LLC regarding your use of the App. If any portion of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
